Once you have Downloaded file > Tray Files ( Go in your tray folder) Mods (.package files go into your mods folder)
NOTICE > The Nursery in this house is called Candy Covered Nursery by Simcredible, you will need to replace with your own baby items or go to their site and pay for it. I donated for this baby room so I can not list it here for free. You can go to http://sims4.simcredibledesigns.com/ to find it if interested. The FREE baby items will show up in the house.
